Board Committees

Our specialist committees ensure rigorous oversight of all material aspects of the company's governance, risk, and strategic management.

Audit Committee

Oversees the integrity of financial reporting, internal controls, external audit, and regulatory compliance. Reports directly to the full Board on all material audit findings.

Risk Committee

Reviews and approves the company's risk appetite, monitors investment risk, liquidity risk, and operational risk, and ensures alignment with regulatory requirements.

Investment Committee

Provides final approval on all significant investment decisions, fund strategy changes, and new product launches. Composed of senior independent directors and executive management.

Compensation & Nominations Committee

Oversees executive compensation, performance evaluation, board nominations, succession planning, and ensures diversity and independence of board composition.

Executive Committee

Acts on behalf of the full Board between scheduled meetings on urgent matters requiring board-level authority. Maintains a clear delegated authority framework.

Governance Committee

Reviews and updates corporate governance policies, ensures compliance with Corporate Governance Regulations, and monitors best practice across the industry.
